4 Slices Whole wheat toast
1 Cup Ricotta cheese (low fat)
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Whole Apricots cut in half
4-6 Whole Strawberries
1/2 Cup Blackberries and Raspberries mixed
- Remove the crust of the bread, add the butter and place in a toaster oven.
- Place the Ricotta and honey in a small mixing bowl and blend until combined.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the ricotta mixture on top of the toast.
- Garnish with the fruit of your choice.
