2 Cups Vanilla frozen yogurt (low-fat)
1 1/2 Cups Milk (fat free)
1 1/2 Cups (ripe) Papaya, peeled and cubed
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
1 Spring Fresh mint
- Place frozen yogurt, milk, and papaya into a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Top with pomegranate juice and spring of mint
Serve in a tall glass and layer with pomegranate juice. Substitute Papaya for the fruit of your choice.
